Summary:The present invention relates to a hair wave perm device, which is used to to create crimps of the desired size in the hair. The present invention comprises a hair wave panel which has plates and is crimped and whose both sides are opened and are a pocket shape of constant distances. The both sides of the hair wave panel have an inserted wire whose shape is tack in a lengthwise direction of the hair wave panel wherein one side of the wire is fixated on the hair wave panel and the other side of the wire has a stopper.
