The present invention relates to a device for maintaining roundness of a large cylindrical structure for offshore structures, comprising: a pair of fixating plates having predetermined height and width; a curved plate vertically fixated to a space between the pair of fixating plates; and an adjustment unit for adjusting the roundness of the curved plate. Therefore, the device for maintaining roundness of a large cylindrical structure for offshore structures can maintain the roundness of a large cylindrical structure having a large diameter using the curved plate and the multiple fixating plates fixated at a regular angle; can maintain the roundness of a large cylindrical structure using the curved plate; and has a light body by simplifying the structure.
