Summary:A pressure regulating apparatus for an engine room of a ship is disclosed. The present invention includes: one or more air supply fans supplying air to an engine room having one or more engines; air exhaust fans to exhaust the air from the engine room; a damper which opens in accordance with the pressure of the engine room; and a control unit controlling the air supply fans, the air exhaust fans, and the damper in order for the pressure of the engine room to be maintained a predetermined pressure to prevent the fuel, which is leaked during supplying to the engine, from flowing to the engine room.
