The present invention relates to an electrode current collector including a nonconductor capable of preventing an internal short circuit. More specifically, the electrode current collector includes the nonconductor inserted in a metal substrate. The nonconductor can act as a prevention film preventing the internal short circuit and reduces flow of electric currents in a battery cell and prevents the internal short circuit from setting fire when the internal short circuit occurs.
