Summary:According to the present invention, an oil level measurement device which does not have a dynamic oil level influence comprises: a flow path (20) formed in the connection portion of a sensor housing (10) to receive an ultrasonic sensor and a damping cup (40) and sends and discharges oil to/from the inner space of the damping cup (40), thereby realizing the advantages of the ultrasonic sensor (50) which has the advantage of measuring an oil level. More specifically, the present invention accurately and always detects the oil level regardless of an influence of a dynamic oil level in an oil fan even under dynamic conditions, which are an engine operational state; or static conditions, which are an engine off state, while forming rapid oil inlet and outlet paths using the flow path (20).
