Summary: | A thermal transfer material according to the present invention includes: a matrix including a chalcogenide compound of a group-13 element; and oxide nanoparticles dispersed in the matrix. The thermal transfer material has excellent thermal stability, and the oxide nanoparticles froms a matching interface with the chalcogenide compund based matrix to form the shape extended in a specific direction. Accordingly, the present invention can efficiently reduce the thermal conductivity with little oxide nanoparticles, thereby minimizing the degradation of the electrical conductivity. |
