Summary:Provided is an inlet and outlet connection structure of an oil cooler of an aluminum material to enable to prevent the seizure phenomenon between the aluminum materials generated in a connection site. The inlet and outlet connection structure comprises: an inlet and outlet boss which is formed in the oil cooler and in which a male screw is formed in the outer periphery; a pipe on which an expanding pipe portion of a flared shape is formed in an end portion in order to contact an end surface of the inlet and outlet boss; and a flare nut installed in the pipe, screwed with male screw formed on the inlet and outlet boss, and on which a molybdenum sulfide layer is formed on the surface.
