The floating cargo tank capable of the dynamic positioning of the present invention comprises: a floater floating on the sea; a crude oil storage tank, an LNG storage tank, and power supply system prepared in the floater separately; a loading and unloading unit to load and unload crude oil and LNG to the crude oil storage tank and the LNG storage tank respectively; and a dynamic position control system to maintain a position where the floater is floating. The LNG and crude oil is transferred as the intermediation between a vessel or a floating offshore structure and a repository of the land.
