Summary:An air micrometer according to the present invention comprises: a target housing slot having a bottom surface and a ceiling surface, and housing at least the partial region of a target between the bottom surface and the ceiling surface; and an air jet unit capable of jetting air toward the target between the bottom surface and the ceiling surface by being opened in the bottom surface or the ceiling surface. The air micrometer is capable of increasing a measurement speed and improving the realization of a measurement, thereby improving efficiency. In addition, the air micrometer is capable of preventing a trace of the measurement from being left on the target, is capable of improving accuracy in the measurement, and is capable of identifying a thickness distribution of the target on a certain line or a certain plane.
