Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing highly crystalline silicon dioxide (SiO_2)-coated barium titanate powder and to highly crystalline silicon dioxide-coated barium titanate powder. The method for manufacturing highly crystalline silicon dioxide-coated barium titanate powder according to the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing the raw material of barium hydroxide wherein barium (Ba) is ionized by adding materials including silicon (Si) and heating; preparing the raw material of titanium (Ti) dispersed in acid or base; obtaining barium titanate seeds by mixing and reacting the raw materials of barium hydroxide and titanium; grain-growing the barium titanate seeds by mixing the barium titanate seeds with pure water and a grain growth inhibitor; and coating the surfaces of the grain-grown barium titanate seeds with silicon dioxide (SiO_2). |
