Summary:The present invention relates to a diagnostic kit of colorectal cancer using biomarkers like VEGF and CEA and a diagnostic method of colorectal cancer. The diagnostic kit of colorectal cancer uses biomarkers like VEGF and CEA which are an important index or a cause of cancer and accordingly has an outstanding sensitivity and specificity in spite of using a small amount blood, thereby accurately diagnosing colorectal cancer and having simplicity, accuracy and an economical effect. Therefore, in the diagnostic kit of the present invention, a simple blood test is expected to be used as a method for determining patients with colorectal cancer or for evaluating treatment effects.
