Summary: | The present invention relates to a transdermal drug delivery system having a multi-lamella emulsion structure, wherein the delivery system for transdermal absorption comprises: lipid including long-chain amide, sterols, fatty acid, and fatty alcohol; an emulsifier; oil; and at least one drug for transdermal administration. According to the present invention, the transdermal drug delivery system having a multi-lamellar emulsion structure has a lamellar structure in which a layered structure visible in intercellular lipids of human keratinocytes is repeated, and thus has an excellent skin barrier effect and allows a drug to be effectively distributed through skin lipids, thereby obtaining an excellent drug delivery effect. |
