Summary:Provided are a pixel circuit which changes an initialization voltage according to a grayscale data voltage in each pixel, a driving method, and a display device having the same. A pixel circuit according to the present invention includes a light emitting device, a driving transistor which supplies a current according to the grayscale data voltage supplied from a grayscale data signal, a first switch which is electrically connected to the gate of the driving transistor and the grayscale data signal line and is controlled by the first control signal, a capacitor which includes a first terminal which is electrically connected to the gate of the driving transistor and a second terminal which receives a second control signal, and a second switch which is electrically connected to the gate of the driving transistor and the drain of the driving transistor and is controlled by a third control signal.
