A light-reflecting sheet comprising a polystyrene-based resin foamed sheet having an apparent density of 0.08 to 0.9 g/cm3 and a thickness of 0.1 to 3 mm, wherein the foamed sheet comprises titanium oxide at a weight of (A) per square metre of said foamed sheet, and has an average bubble diameter in the thickness direction thereof of 1 to 50 mum, and a bubble count (B) in the thickness direction thereof, where A and B satisfy the expressions 3 <= A <= 70, B >= 20, and B >= 60 - 1.5 × A.
