The present invention relates to an antiglare coating composition which comprises an ultraviolet ray curable resin, a photocurable initiaotr, an organic solvent and fillers wherein the weight-average molecular weight of the ultraviolet ray curable resin is between 2000 and 7000, and an antiglare film with an antiglare coating layer manufactured by using the coating composition. The antiglare coating composition of the present invention controls the molecular weight of ultraviolet ray curable resin compounds, thereby minimizing sparkle in a simple manner while improving permeability.
