Summary:In the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of a thermoplastic resin film to reduce a double refraction value after elongation, comprising the steps of heating and melting a thermoplastic resin with a unique double refraction by using an extruder; extruding the heated and melted resin from an extruder die to the film; and taking off the same with a cooling roll and manufacturing a thermoplastic resin film. According to the present invention, the film width direction of the manufactured thermoplastic resin film is a surface axis direction and is accordingly used in a film whose surface axis is toward a film width.
