Summary:Provided is a manufacturing method of an averaging pitot type differential flowmeter integrated with a pipe connection unit comprising: a first step of manufacturing a mold frame to form a shape of a flow sensing element, a shape of a pipe connection unit, a shape of one or more upper pressure tabs, and a shape of one or more lower pressure tabs to integrate the flow sensing element with the pipe connection unit; and a second step of forming an averaging pitot type differential flowmeter integrated with the pipe connection unit through die-casting or injection molding methods using the mold frame. The present invention simplifies the manufacturing process of the flowmeter, improves productivity, improves the accuracy of the flowmeter when the flowmeter is installed, and improves the inspection reliability when the flowmeter is repaired by manufacturing the averaging pitot type differential flowmeter integrated with the pipe connection unit through die-casting, injection-molding, or casting methods.
