Summary:The present invention relates to a color improving film and a method for manufacturing the same, where a base layer; a high refractive light diffusion layer including a light diffusing agent; a high refractive resin layer; and a low refractive resin layer formed with a lenticular lens pattern are stacked sequentially, wherein the lenticular lens pattern is formed on one side of the low refractive resin layer facing the high refractive resin layer, and a cross section of a unit lenticular lens constituting the lenticular lens pattern is oval, and an aspect ratio (H/D) is 0.3 - 1.5 and satisfies below equation. The color improving film has low color sense variation according to a viewing angle, and does not have color conversion phenomenon, and can reduce blurring effect. The method for manufacturing the color improving film has excellent process property and economic feasibility. [ Equation 1 ] 0.10 < delta n < 0.20, where delta n = n1 - n2, and n1 is a refractive index of a high refractive resin layer and n2 is a refractive index of a low refractive resin layer.
