Summary:Disclosed in the present invention are a pixel array and an imaging apparatus with the same. The pixel array comprises: a first unit pixel including a first photoelectric transformation element, a first output unit connected with the first photoelectric transformation element, and a second output unit connected with the first photoelectric transformation element; and a second unit pixel including a second photoelectric transformation element, a third output unit connected with the second photoelectric transformation element, and a fourth output unit connected with the second photoelectric transformation element. The first output unit and the second output unit are placed symmetrically from the first photoelectric transformation element.
