Disclosed is a vehicular fail-safe device including a vehicular transmission; an oil supply device which supplies oil to the transmission through a first oil flow path and allows hydraulic pressure to be generated; an emergency oil supply device which supplies oil to the transmission through a second oil flow path in the event of an oil supply system error so hydraulic pressure is generated; a first control unit which controls the oil supply device during a normal operation and controls the emergency oil supply device in the event of the oil supply system error; and a second control unit which controls the transmission and the first control unit during the normal operation and controls the emergency oil supply device in the event of the oil supply system error.
