Summary:The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for completely disposing of waste refrigerant and waste gas as the main causes of global warming and ozone layer depletion, thereby destroying the waste refrigerant and the waste gas without an effect on an global environment and a harmful effect on a human body when the waste refrigerant and the waste gas are discharged. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for destroying waste refrigerant and waste gas in a destruction furnace in a vacuum atmosphere by heating the destruction furnace as a heated body when inducing electricity as a heat source without pollution, which is capable of mounting a vacuum chamber (400) outside a thermal induction-heated body (800) and an induced-heated furnace (900) as the destruction furnace of the waste gas and supplying the waste refrigerant and the waste gas from a waste refrigerant recovery container (100) into the destruction furnace (900) as the induce-heated body through an inflow line (200) in order to protect lives from various deadly poisonous gases such as hydrofluoric acid ((H+F+H2O)=HF) gas, phosgene (COCl_2) gas, and hydrogen chloride (HCl) gas which are capable of being generated when the waste gas and the waste refrigerant are destroyed, wherein the thermal induction-heated body (800) receives energy from a thermal energy supply source (300). According to the present invention, the supplied waste gas passing through pores in the destruction furnace (900) is decomposed and destroyed along with water vapor, which is supplied through a line different from the line of the waste gas, by thermal energy converted from energy induced from the thermal induction-heated body (800) in the destruction furnace as the induced-heated body (900), is stabilized when passing through a heat exchanger (1000), melted in a scrubber post-treatment facility (1100), passing through the scrubber post-treatment facility (1100), and then is discharged to atmospheric air, wherein the scrubber post-treatment facility (1100) contains an alkaline solution.
