Summary:The present invention is based on a purpose to ensure high heat resistance of a coating, and also extend a color palette of a decorative coating on a lower surface of a glass ceramic cooking plate. To achieve this, provided is a coated metal-ceramic cooking plate (1) having a multi-layer coating (7) on a lower surface thereof, and the multi-layer coating (7) includes a metal layer (11) of an alloy including components of chromium, iron, nickel, and silicone. The silicone content of the alloy is 2 atomic percent or more. The metal layer (11) is covered by a barrier layer (13) wherein an alloy including chromium, iron, nickel, and 2 atomic percent or more of silicone is in an oxide form. The molar ratio of oxygen in the barrier layer (13) is 10 times greater than that in the metal layer (11).
