Summary:The present invention relates to a complex capable of being used to remove a target material. A metal-Im complex of the present invention contains a metal and triethoxy-3-(2-imidazolin-1-yl)propylsilane represented by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the metal-Im complex comprises the steps of adding a metal precursor to a solvent to dissolve the metal precursor in the solvent; adding triethoxy-3-(2-imidazolin-1-yl)propylsilane represented by chemical formula 1 to the metal precursor-dissolved solution to prepare a metal-Im complex; and cooling and drying the metal-Im complex.
