Summary:A flow control apparatus of an open shaft type ship is provided. The flow control apparatus of the open shaft ship according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a propeller shaft member externally exposed to face the rear of the ship; a propeller hub coupled to the propeller hub to be rotatable; a propeller blade positioned on the external surface of the propeller hub; and a flow control member arranged on the front of the propeller blade with respect to an advancing direction of the ship, wherein the flow control member may include a plurality of base parts protruding from the circumference of the propeller shaft member and formed to be spaced from each other and a connecting part connecting the base parts.
