The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device comprising a display unit, a compensation unit, a signal control unit, and a data driving unit. The display unit includes a plurality of data lines, a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of sensing lines, and a plurality of pixels connected to the corresponding data lines, the corresponding scanning lines, and the corresponding sensing lines. The compensation unit senses first and second driving currents flowing through the plurality of pixels in correspondence to first and second test data in a compensation mode, and updates compensation data by comparing preset first and second reference currents with the first and second driving currents. The signal control unit generates image data by compensating input data according to the compensation data and converts the input data to the first and second test data in the compensation mode. The data driving unit generates a plurality of data signals by using one among the image data, the first test data, and the second test data and provides a plurality of data signals for the plurality of data lines.
