Summary:Disclosed is a wiring structure of an electric wire and an electric wire with an exterior member improving degree of freedom for wiring passage, downsizing wiring space, and streamlining wiring workability. In An electric wire (1) with exterior member provided with an electric wire (10) and an exterior member (20), the electric wire (10) includes an inner conductor (11) made of a plurality of single wires (W); an inner insulating layer (12) covering a circumference of the inner conductor (10); and an outer conductor (13) made of a plurality of single wires (W) following an outer circumference of the outer conductor (13), thereby reducing a diameter of the electric wire (10) relatively, reducing anisotropy of the electric wire in a bending direction, and decreasing a required setting space, which streamlines wiring workability.
