Summary:The present invention relates to a method for sterilizing mold or algae gathering on walls of a house. The method comprises performing analysis of temperature and moisture as a first step; cleaning and sterilizing walls (1,2), on which the mold and the algae gather; drying the walls to be prepared to be painted; and, according to the analysis of temperature and moisture, one among the followings: a. painting (4) the wall or a part of the wall with a paint including 40% or greater of the ratio of ceramic-vacuum-hollow balls in a range of μm and an acrylic binding; b. painting (4) the wall or a part of the wall with a paint including 50% or more of the ratio of the ceramic-vacuum-hollow balls in a range of μm and the acrylic binding, applying a heating coating (5) with an electricity connection unit to a part of the wall, and activating or deactivating the heating coating (5) according to the currently measured dew-point temperature; and c. forming a wall cover including a partition wall (9), which fits a window, a door, or an opening at the wall to fully close the front side of a living room and a wall cover, and a middle wall (10) disposed to be spaced apart from the partition wall (9) and an outer wall (1). The middle wall (10) has a flow channel or a slot (13) on the lower end and the upper end thereof. The partition wall (9) and/or the middle wall (10) have the heating coating (5) with the electricity connection unit provided near the bottom of sides of the partition wall and the middle wall facing each other. The heating coating (5) is controlled to be activated/deactivated according to the current dew-point temperature measured in a chamber between the partition wall (9) and the outer wall (1).
