The present invention relates to a composition for immunity enhancement or anti-inflammation, comprising a clitosybin derivative, which is represented by chemical formula 1 below, as an active ingredient. Specifically, the clitosybin derivative can significantly inhibit production or secretion of Interferon-γ which is inflammatory cytokine at the same time inhibiting production or secretion of IL-10 which is Th2 expression cytokine and, therefore, can be effectively used as an active ingredient of a composition for improving skin immunity, and preventing and treating inflammatory diseases.
