The photoelectric conversion part is formed in the upper part of a semiconductor substrate, detects an incident beam based on a driving voltage and generates a photo charge. The signal generation part is formed in the semiconductor substrate and generates an analog signal based on the photo charge. A feedback part generates a driving voltage based on the quantity of the photo charge generated from the photoelectric conversion part. The image sensor can effectively capture a low brightness image and a high brightness image.
