Proposed is a method for producing mobile sites easily and quickly unlike the conventional difficult and uncomfortable production of mobile sites through ″a system for producing and promoting mobile sites by using a smartphone″, which enables all people using the Internet to participate in the mobile internet, share information, and communicate with each other at this point of time when the mobile is becoming mainstream gradually. The system is configured to directly take a photo and upload the photo to create a mobile site in real time and to receive a short mobile address and share the mobile site at a user′s smartphone except all of complex development concepts such as conventional FTP, HTML, etc. A photo taken by the smartphone is directly distributed to the Internet, an automatic conversion into pages and images suitable for the mobile is performed, a short address optimized for the mobile is automatically given to generated information, each mobile site automatically gives a mobile discount card, and an auto map is created by using GPS information.
