To optimize a high-vacuum die casting process, provided is a method for optimizing the high-vacuum die casting process, which comprises: a first evaluation process of comparing and evaluating effects due to the variables of a casting process; a second evaluation process of comparing and evaluating effects due to a heat treatment process after the casting process; and a condition determination process of determining an optimal process condition based on evaluation results from the first and the second evaluation process.
