Summary:The present invention relates to technology for a light receiving apparatus. The light receiving apparatus includes: a light sensing unit which senses light inputted by being reflected from a target, and converts the light into an input current signal; a preamplifier which converts the input current signal into an output voltage signal; and a determination unit which calculates an output start point of the output voltage signal by using first and second reference voltages, and outputs a digital detection signal by adjusting the delay to release a preset fixed delay time from the calculated output start point.
