Summary:The present invention relates to a skin velvet composition using a natural polymer, a method to manufacture a skin velvet using the same, and the skin velvet manufacture by the method. The skin velvet composition comprises: 0.5-10 wt% of a natural rigid chain polymer, 0.1-20 wt% of a natural flexible chain polymer, 0.5-10 wt% of a thickening agent, 0.5-5 wt% of a skin-compatible enhancer, 0.01-10 wt% of an active functional substance, and 50-95 wt% of purified water. The skin velvet can deliver active components for anti-oxidation, whitening, anti-aging, anti-inflammation, wrinkle improvement, skin elasticity, acne skin improvement, and improvement of atopic skin to the skin. The skin velvet is manufactured by a freeze-drying method, thereby being softer and lighter than conventional hydrogel type products having excellent adhesion to the skin, and being to be stored for a long time without adding a preservative.
