Summary: | The present invention relates to a gene derived from hydra (Hydra magnipapillata) corresponding to perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) exposure and a method for diagnosing aquatic environment pollution using the same. In particular, it has been confirmed that the expression of genes is specifically increased or decreased according to the PFOS exposure time among gene groups derived from hydra, so as to be used as biomarkers. Accordingly, a microarray using hydra genes corresponding to PFOS, a diagnosing method using the same, and a kit including the microarray can be usefully used in detecting or diagnosing stresses in the aquatic environment. |
