Summary:The objective of the present invention is to provide a solid imaging device which is capable of improving an SNR and carrying out lens shading correction. The solid imaging device is composed of: an exposure time calculating unit (14A) to limit an exposure curve which represents a relationship between a reset timing, which is used to control an exposure duration of a pixel, and a vertical line as a certain curve, and to calculate the exposure duration of the pixel to correct shading of a CMOS sensor (11) within the limitation; a gain information calculating unit (14B) to calculate a digital gain to compensate for a difference of an exposure gain obtained based on the exposure curve and an ideal gain expressed as an ideal curve; and a line step number setting unit (14C) to set the number of line steps of the exposure curve to reduce the number of the vertical lines where the reset timing of exposure control of a pixel and reset timing of exposure curve which represents vertical line relationship are identical.
