Summary:The present invention relates to a technique for analyzing the species and genetic diversity of Brassicaceae plants using Brassicaceae-derived ATTIRTA1 DNA transposon display. More particularly, by modifying an AFLP method, an ATTIRTA1 DNA transposon displaying system is constructed for inspecting genetic diversity and dividing species appropriately for capillary analysis using ABI 3730xl. It has been confirmed that the same can be applied to an analysis of the genetic diversity of Brassicaceae plants, so that the same can be used as a DNA molecular marker by which the genetic relationship between various Brassicaceae species can be discovered and majorly distributed species can be discriminated. Moreover, the same can be utilized as a means to discern species for the developed seed war and also utilized in more systematic breeding programs through the relationship analysis and diversity profiling of breeding ingredients and genetic resources.
