Summary:A scheme according to one embodiment of the present specification provides a method for automatically evaluating the invalidation of patents based on complex factors. The method includes the steps of: receiving an evaluation request for a specific patent from a user device; and supplying an evaluation result for the specific patent to the user device by using an evaluation engine which is previously formed. The evaluation engine determines the invalidation of the specific patent according to the complex factors after the complex factors are defined by the organic algorithm of two or more of a prior art for the specific patent, a family patent, and the length of an independent claim.
