Summary: | Two identical annulus blanks (20, 30) with flat lateral surface (27, 37) are respectively arranged in parallel with the lateral surface placed in juxtaposition within an axial symmetric plane between an external rotary forming tool (R) and an internal forming mandrel (M). The mandrel and the external tool respectively have external work surface (A, C) symmetric in an axis around the plane (p), and conduct plastic deformation of the annulus blanks (20, 30) between the work surface (A, C) and rotate and approach in order to compress the annulus blanks toward the radial direction. |
