Summary:Disclosed is an optical disk for manufacturing graphene using an optical recording device and a manufacturing method thereof. The optical disk for manufacturing graphene according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a thermoplastic plastic polymer substrate having a reflective layer which reflects incident light inside; and a thin graphite oxide layer spread on the thermoplastic plastic polymer substrate. Therefore, high quality graphene can be economically mass produced with low costs.
