The purpose of the present invention is to uniformly disperse and supply cool or hot humidification, which is supplied from a humidifying unit, to the front of a head cap type humidifying cover, which is selectively connected through a tube, thereby efficiently performing management of the exposed skin, such as the face or neck, through selective cool or hot humidification. The present invention is composed of: a cool and hot humidification generator (100) to generate cool or hot humidification at a predetermined temperature by cool or hot energy using a heating device; a humidification transfer tube (200) to transfer and supply the humidification supplied from the cool or hot humidification generator (100); and a humidification cover member (300) detachably connected to the humidification transfer tube (200), and covers a front part of the face while being put on the head, thereby spraying humidification to the exposed skin.
