Summary: | The present invention etches an oxide film formed on the surface of a stainless steel material by plasma etching to activate the surface layer and prevent a problem of decreasing conductivity thereof. Also the present invention coats the etched surface of the oxide film with metal nitride, such as CrN or TiN, to a nanoscale thickness and then coats the metal nitride to a nanoscale thickness to form a coating layer having high conductivity and corrosion resistance with high productivity. Therefore, it is possible to mass-produce a fuel cell bipolar plate, an electrode material, and a stainless steel material with improved conductivity and corrosion resistance. |
