In order to achieve the objective, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a memory dynamic dual mode liquid crystal display device including the steps of: manufacturing an array substrate having a first electrode and first to third auxiliary lines applying voltages to second to fourth electrodes, respectively; forming the fourth electrode on a color filter substrate having a process and cell key, a black mask, and a color filter layer; forming a protection layer on the fourth electrode; forming a contact hole on the protection layer; forming the second electrode and the third electrode separated from the conductive material on an upper part of the protection layer; and forming a liquid crystal layer between the array substrate and the color filter substrate.
