Summary:The present invention relates to a buckle structure formation technique for improving an optical extraction rate when light generated by a light emitting layer of a flexible organic light emitting device is extracted outside the device. The present invention forms a buckle structure autonomously and spontaneously with the thermally contracted shapes of an EL layer and a cathode layer using the difference between the thermal expansion coefficients of the EL layer and the cathode layer by thermally depositing and cooling a metal cathode in a process of manufacturing an FOLED having a PEDOT:PSS anode on a flexible substrate. This buckle structure can improve the outcoupling efficiency of a FOLED device.
