The present invention relates to a three layer double raschel warp knitted fabric which has excellent wear resistance, breathability, and cushioning properties. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a double raschel warp knitted fabric with a mesh structure and the double raschel warp knitted fabric which is characterized by having a surface layer, a back layer, a middle layer connecting the surface layer and the back layer by using a double raschel warp knitting machine, wherein the surface layer has the mesh structure, surface yarn for forming the surface layer is made of coated yarn having the surface of a multifilament, and middle yarn for forming the middle layer is made of a monofilament, while the middle yarn is not exposed to the front of the surface layer.
