Summary:An organic photovoltaic unit cell including an organic material layer with chitosan according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a transparent substrate; a transparent electrode layer which is formed on at least one region of the transparent substrate; a positive charge moving layer which is formed on the transparent electrode layer, induces a positive charge generated in a photoactive layer to the transparent electrode layer, and is made of the organic material with the chitosan; one photoactive layer which is formed on the positive charge moving layer and is composed of a bulk heterojunction layer made of acceptor materials and donor materials; and a corresponding electrode which is formed on the photoactive layer.
