The method for improving surface quality of a magnesium alloy plate pressures an aluminum plate and an aluminum alloy plate after injecting the overlapped aluminum plate and aluminum alloy plate into between twin rolls at the same time, wherein the rolling speed of the twin rolls is 1-5 mpm.
