Summary:A method of detecting an error of a multi-time programmable (MTP) operation writes a gamma-offset and a header-bit for each reference gray-level in an MTP memory device while the MTP operation on a pixel circuit is performed, wherein the header-bit indicates whether or not the gamma-offset is written in the MTP memory device; and detects whether or not the MTP operation is performed on the pixel circuit based on a logical operation of the header-bit for each reference gray-level read from the MTP memory device when the MTP operation on the pixel circuit is finished.
