Summary:The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for reusing regeneration tower washing water in a carbon dioxide capture process for mixed gas. The apparatus for capturing carbon dioxide from the carbon dioxide-containing mixed gas by using the ammonia water includes an absorption tower that absorbs the carbon dioxide with the ammonia water from the carbon dioxide-containing mixed gas and discharges the carbon dioxide-absorbed ammonia water; an absorption tower cleaning end that is disposed in an upper portion of the absorption tower and uses washing water to absorb and clean ammonia volatilizing from the ammonia water; a regeneration tower that heats the ammonia water which is discharged from the absorption tower and separates the carbon dioxide into a gas phase; a regeneration tower cleaning end that is disposed in an upper portion of the regeneration tower and uses the washing water to absorb and clean the ammonia volatilizing from the ammonia water and the gas-phase carbon dioxide present in the upper portion of the regeneration tower; and a concentration tower that removes the ammonia and the carbon dioxide contained in a washing liquid which is discharged from the cleaning end, in which the regeneration tower washing water that is discharged from the regeneration tower cleaning end flows into the absorption tower cleaning end.
