The present invention relates to a laminated optical film and a polarizing plate including the laminated optical film. More specifically, the laminated optical film has a surface processing layer formed on a base film and a surface protection film laminated on the surface processing layer. The equation of surface energy of the surface processing layer X (adhesive energy of the surface protection film / surface energy of the surface protection film) is in a range higher than 2.0×106mN/m or lower than 5.0×106mN/m to ensure excellent adhesion properties between the surface processing layer and the surface protection film to enable the surface protection film to be easily peeled off.
