Summary: | The present invention relates to a heat pipe roll for preventing a bearing from being overheated which reduces heat transferred to the bearing while capable of maximizing the ability to correct the shape of a strip without being influenced by the temperature of the strip, a number of rolling, and the order of inserting materials to be processed. The heat pipe roll for preventing a bearing from being overheated includes a neck part of which both ends are connected to the bearing; a rolling part which rolls a slab, which passes between the neck parts, and includes a plurality of insertion holes, formed to have a certain depth in the circumferential direction; and a heat pipe which is inserted in the insertion hole inside the rolling part, and is extended in the direction of a roll shaft. On a side of the neck part, an inner diameter of the insertion hole and an outer diameter of the heat pipe are separated from each other so that heat transferred from the heat pipe to the neck part can be reduced. |
